An NLP-based disambiguation pipeline for Bing Search (Summer 2021)
I worked on creating a troubleshooting-snippet disambiguation pipeline for Microsoft’s Bing search-engine in summer of 2021. The pipeline takes a set of solution snippets to a search query (scraped from various websites) filters it down to a set of semantically unique solutions. It serves as the backend for a Bing feature which shows users with tech-related troubleshooting queries semantically distinct potential fixes right on the Bing SERP.
